your role:
The Asset Servicing team is responsible for handling corporate events such as mergers, acquisitions, dividends, stock splits, and other relevant activities. The main goal is to ensure the accurate and timely processing of corporate event announcements, as well as to communicate and implement the necessary changes to securities positions and entitlements for clients and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:
Manage and oversee the asset servicing processes (dividends and coupons, both on positions held by Natixis and on coupon and dividend retrocessions on lending/borrowing and repurchase transactions), providing strategic direction and leadership for the entire asset servicing function.
Ensure accuracy and timeliness of all asset servicing activities and resolve complex discrepancies and issues during the asset servicing process.
Lead the reconciliation of asset servicing records and maintain accurate transaction records, including oversight of all reconciliation activities.
Coordinate with other financial institutions and external parties for smooth asset servicing, serving as the primary point of contact for asset servicing-related interactions.
Uphold compliance with asset servicing regulations and internal policies, providing expert guidance and support on regulatory matters.
Identify and implement high-level process improvements for enhanced efficiency and accuracy within the asset servicing function, working closely with senior management and other stakeholders.
Provide mentorship, training, and leadership to junior and mid-level team members involved in the asset servicing process.
Acts as the Team Leader backup in case of need for projects follow-up, controls performance and declaration, oversights presentation and others

competências

if you have:
Degree in Finance or related field.
More than 3 years of experience in a financial role.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to handle and prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
Good knowledge of English, both written and verbal. French is a plus.
Intermediate to advanced Excel skills (Pivot Tables, Conditional Formatting, advanced formulas). VBA is a plus.
