Responsible for developing the National and International Sales Strategy and managing execution to ensure financial goals are met or exceeded.

Sobre o nosso cliente
Our client is reinforcing it's commercial team with the recruitment of a Sales Manager.
Principais responsabilidades
   » Develop, communicate and execute Nacional sales strategy and some situations in International;
   » Research and develop strategies and plans which identify sales opportunities in terms of new markets, channels or products;
   » Work with other teams to develop packaging, products and labels;
   » Coordinate sales distribution;
   » Plan, prepare, and manage sales materials, exhibits, and promotions;
   » Work in a collaborative manner with MKT and Business developer Managers to develop and execute marketing strategies;
   » Maintain solid communication in the department and throughout the organization;
   » In partnership with the Accounting team, analyse and evaluate sales;
   » Performance against competitors and benchmarks;
   » Represent and promote the company at various International community and/or business meetings;
   » Observe and follow all company policies and established standard practice.

Perfil desejado
   » Degree from prestigious university;
   » MBA would be a plus;
   » Experience in the same sector is mandatory;
   » Proficiency in software usage;
   » Fluency in English.
