Our Client is an American founded company that produces action cameras hardware as well as its video-editing software and mobile app. Often used in extreme-action videography and part of the connected sports movement, our client has been considered one of the “Top 10 Best Brand Channels on Youtube”.
As a customer advisor on this project, you will be part of a creative, highly trained team of global specialists responsible for providing customer support in the field of Image/Video Software, Hardware and Editing.
What we are looking for
» Brazilian Portuguese native speaker
» Strong English skills both verbal and written
» Excellent communication skills
» Advanced image editing knowledge
» Proficiency in dealing with cameras
» Technical aptitude and ability to pick up new technology quickly
» Previous customer service or contact center experience
» Early adopter of technology
» Active and passionate camera user
