The Role

As an Accountant, you will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy, integrity, and compliance of accounting processes while supporting the company's financial operations.

This role is ideal for an experienced accounting professional looking to further develop their career in an international environment, working closely with European teams and contributing to financial reporting activities across multiple countries.

You will have significant international exposure, collaborating daily with international teams and stakeholders across different geographies. We are looking for an autonomous, proactive professional with strong problem-solving skills, capable of working independently while building effective working relationships in a fast-paced multinational environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day accounting activities and ensure the accuracy and integrity of financial records;
• Manage monthly, quarterly, and year-end closing processes;
• Prepare and analyse account reconciliations;
• Support the preparation of financial reports and analyses;
• Work closely with European and global stakeholders to support accounting and reporting activities;
• Collaborate daily with international teams across different countries;
• Assist with internal and external audit processes;
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards, internal controls, and company policies;
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and increased efficiencies;
• Resolve accounting-related issues in a timely and effective manner.

Candidate Profile

• Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field;
• Certified Accountant (mandatory);
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in accounting roles within an international or multinational environment (mandatory);
• Experience in international financial reporting;
• Strong Microsoft Excel skills;
• Experience using accounting software and ERP systems;
• Fluent in English (mandatory);
• Experience working and collaborating with international teams;
• Ability to work autonomously, take ownership, and manage priorities effectively;
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills;
• Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail;
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
