💼 Accounting Technician 📍 Porto | On-site We are looking for an Accounting Technician to join a well-established and experienced accounting firm, supporting a diverse portfolio of clients across multiple industries. Key responsibilities: ◼ Process and classify accounting documents and transactions; ◼ Analyze and interpret financial statements; ◼ Prepare trial balances, accounting analyses, and financial reports; ◼ Support tax compliance processes, including VAT, IRC, IRS, and Model 22 submissions; ◼ Participate in client meetings and present financial results. What we are looking for: ◼ Degree in Accounting, Management, Economics, or an Accounting Technician qualification; ◼ Previous accounting firm experience is valued but not mandatory; ◼ Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills; ◼ Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word; ◼ Experience with Primavera, Sage, PHC, or similar accounting software is a plus; ◼ Intermediate English and/or Spanish skills are an advantage; What we offer: ◼ Permanent contract; ◼ Continuous training and professional development; ◼ Performance-based profit-sharing; ◼ Meal allowance; ◼ Private parking and on-site cafeteria.
