Our client is a large organization in the Automotive industry, with a global presence. The group is now preparing for the implementation of a new Regional Shared Service Centre.

Descrição

• Process supplier invoices and credit notes accurately and timely in accordance with company policies and local requirements;
• Prepare, validate, and execute supplier payments while ensuring compliance with internal controls and payment deadlines;
• Reconcile supplier accounts and investigate discrepancies between invoices, payments, and purchase orders;
• Manage invoice-related queries and disputes, collaborating with suppliers and internal stakeholders to ensure prompt resolution;
• Support month-end closing activities related to Accounts Payable, including accruals, reconciliations, and reporting;
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards, internal policies, and audit requirements;
• Maintain effective communication with Dutch-speaking suppliers and business units, providing high-quality customer service;
• Participate in process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency, standardisation, and automation within the AP function;
• Support governance activities through KPI monitoring, service level reporting, and operational performance reviews;
• Actively contribute to migration and transition projects from European entities into the Shared Service Centre, including process documentation, knowledge transfer, and training activities.

Perfil ideal

• Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field;
• 2 to 4 years of professional experience in Accounts Payable, Accounting, or a similar finance role;
• Solid understanding of accounting principles and financial processes;
• Fluency in Dutch and English (mandatory);
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with suppliers and internal stakeholders;
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities;
• Ability to manage multiple priorities while meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment;
• Proficiency in ERP systems and Microsoft Excel;
• Availability to travel within Europe during the initial migration and transition phase;
• Previous experience in a Shared Service Centre environment is highly valued;
• Experience supporting process migrations or transitions is considered a strong plus.
