If so, this could be the perfect opportunity for you ❗ We are currently looking for an Accounts Payable Specialist fluent in English to join the team of a multinational company. 📍 Location: Porto (city center) 🏢 Work model: Hybrid (1x homeoffice) ⏱️ Shedule: Monday to Friday, from 9h30 to 18h 📌 Your mission: As an Accounts Payable Specialist, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth financial operations. Your responsibilities will include: - Accurately receiving, validating, and processing all invoices and expense documents; - Making timely payments to suppliers and employees, closely monitoring payment terms to avoid delays and optimize cash flow; - Managing and resolving any payment queries or discrepancies, working closely with other departments to ensure prompt and effective solutions; - Supporting month-end and year-end closing processes, providing necessary reports and analysis to ensure account accuracy; - Contributing to the continuous improvement of financial processes, proposing optimizations and automation ideas to enhance team efficiency. 🎓 What you need to embark on this mission: - Fluency in English (at least a B2 level); - Solid experience (at least 2 years) in Accounts Payable, Accounting, or Finance, preferably within a corporate or multinational environment; - Good computer skills, including advanced Excel proficiency; - Dynamism, proactivity and problem-solving attitude with a strong desire to learn and grow within the role; - Strong analytical skills with great attention to detail to identify inconsistencies and interpret financial data critically; - High sense of responsibility and team spirit. 💼 What awaits you: - Direct contract with the client; - Hybrid working model (1 day per week); - Extensive benefits package; - Integration into a dynamic and motivated team; - Training and professional development opportunities; - Stimulating and challenging work environment, with the possibility of career progression.
