• Oversee the operational and strategic management of residential development assets under direct responsibility, liaising with internal teams and external stakeholders (developers, brands, investors, financial institutions, among others);
• Monitor financial and operational performance indicators, ensuring alignment with approved business plans;
• Support the preparation and ongoing update of residential development business plans, feasibility studies, and performance analysis;
• Prepare periodic reporting for investors and internal committees;
• Manage relationships with institutional partners, marketing teams, brands, and other key stakeholders involved in the projects;
• Identify opportunities to enhance asset performance, proposing actionable solutions and supporting their implementation;
• Contribute to the overall management of the residential development portfolio, applying a structured, analytical, and results-driven approach.

Perfil ideal

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Economics, Finance, Engineering, Architecture, or a related field;
• 2 to 6 years of professional experience, preferably in real estate development, real estate investment, consulting, or asset management;
• Exposure to residential development projects will be highly valued;
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a results-oriented mindset;
• Excellent communication skills and ability to manage multiple stakeholders;
• Proactive attitude, critical thinking, and ability to work independently;
• Strong Excel and financial analysis skills.
