We are looking for Azure Cloud Operations Engineer to join a hybrid project in Lisbon.

Salary range: up to 45.000€ annual gross.

Profile:
- Proven experience in cloud environment operation, administration, and maintenance;
- Strong expertise in MS Azure core technologies (VMs, Networking, Storage);
- Solid background in Infrastructure Administration (Windows Server, Active Directory, DNS, Patching, server lifecycle management);
- Hands-on experience with PowerShell scripting and Azure CLI for automation tasks;
- Proficient in system monitoring, alert management, and infrastructure troubleshooting;
- Strong knowledge of operational procedures, runbooks, ITIL/change management processes, and technical documentation.

Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day administration, maintenance, and operation of Azure cloud infrastructure and platform services;
- Monitor system capacity and performance, handling alert management, incident investigation, and resolution;
- Perform Windows Server lifecycle management, including patching, Active Directory administration, and DNS troubleshooting;
- Develop and maintain operational procedures, runbooks, change management documentation, and knowledge base articles;
- Automate routine administrative tasks using PowerShell scripting and Azure CLI;
- Collaborate under the direction of Cloud Architects and Senior Engineers to ensure security compliance and service continuity.
