Noesis is looking for professionals with the following profile:

Main Tasks and Responsibilities:

• Gather, analyze and document business and regulatory requirements from internal and external stakeholders, translating them into clear specifications for technical teams;
• Support the definition of business rules, SLAs/SLOs, exception scenarios and regulatory/operational reporting;
• Prepare and maintain functional documentation including use cases, process flows and business manuals;
• Define and validate acceptance criteria, support test case elaboration and participate in user and participant pilots;
• Foster continuous communication between business and technical teams, clarifying requirements and managing expectations.

Profile:

• Degree in Computer Science or similar;
• Proven experience as a Business Analyst in payments or mission-critical financial systems;
• Strong ability to produce clear functional specifications and documentation;
• Understanding of data and integration concepts (APIs, messaging, file-based systems) to communicate effectively with technical teams;
• Familiarity with agile development practices (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe) and related tools such as Jira and Confluence;
• Experience with blockchain or digital wallet solutions will be valued;
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management capabilities across business and technical domains.
