Business Platform Support Specialist (English-speaker) – AI & Cloud Solutions

Join Concentrix as a Business Platform Support Specialist and support a global AI & Cloud Solutions platform.

You’ll provide Level 2 operational support to Sales teams, L1 Support teams and customers, troubleshooting platform issues, root causes and helping improve business operations and the customer experience.

What you will do in this role

As a Business Platform Support Specialist, you will:

• Provide Level 2 operational support to Sales teams, L1 Support teams and customers throughout the end-to-end customer journey, including troubleshooting issues related to user accounts, access, product consoles, ordering, billing, payments and other platform functionalities.
• Investigate and resolve complex issues using user account and backend systems, root causes, provide workarounds, and manage support tickets through to resolution.
• Support users across different time zones, with a primary focus on European and South American markets.
• recurring issues and improvement opportunities, using ticket trends and user feedback to support automation, process optimization and operational efficiency.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering and Design teams to share insights, align priorities, and translate user issues and operational needs into clear functional requirements.
• Create and maintain platform knowledge, including help documentation, user guides, troubleshooting guides, videos and other knowledge-transfer materials.
• Deliver training and knowledge-transfer sessions to internal and external users when required.
• Support cross-functional projects by maintaining project plans, timelines, dependencies and stakeholder alignment.
• Contribute to continuous improvements that enhance platform performance, operational efficiency and the overall customer experience.

Your qualifications

Concentrix is a great match if you:

• Have excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Have 3+ years of experience in IT Operations, Technical Support, Business Platform Operations, Product Operations or related fields, including experience supporting business or cloud platforms.
• Have strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Have experience with ticketing/helpdesk systems, CRM platforms or similar operational tools.
• Can translate user issues and operational needs into clear requirements for technical teams.
• Have strong organizational and project coordination skills.
• Are comfortable working in a cross-functional environment and collaborating with business and technical teams.
