Cash Application Specialist | Oeiras

As a Cash Application Specialist, you'll play a pivotal role in ensuring the financial processes run smoothly and efficiently! RESPONSIBILITIES: - Investigate overpayments and underpayments to enable accurate posting - Review age of receivables and specific account balances to ensure timely receipt of payment - Implement actions to re-bill customers or forward accounts to collections for follow-up - Processing accounts receivables adjustments for errors or omissions including credits and debits to accounts - Resolve unapplied and unidentified receipts on daily basis - Administer month end procedures on Accounts Receivables - Create and produce accounts receivables reports for management review - Record unpaid direct debits to ensure bank and customer accounts proper reconciliation - Cooperating with Collections team to add/update direct debits instructions to ensure accurate and timeliness of direct debit submissions KEY SKILLS: - Minimum of High School diploma - Experience in accounting - Ability to quickly become a proficient user of Oracle Financial Applications - Knowledge of International Accounting Standards - Good communication skills - Language skills: English mandatory OFFER: - Opportunity to work in a company in its own sector - Base salary + Meal Allowance + Benefits; - Hybrid regime (only 2 days per week at the office) - Work contract with our client - Location: Paço de Arcos, Oeiras Don't let this opportunity slip away, apply now!
