• Managing a team of 3 (Payments, Receivables and Invoicing);
• Coordinating the invoice issuance process;
• Monthly Treasury Planning and Management, including individual and consolidated 12-month rolling forecasts;
• Payments:
• Managing accounts payable and payment planning, ensuring ongoing responsiveness to suppliers and colleagues;
• Actively managing the supplier payment process, ensuring bank payments are executed in strict compliance with internal procedures;
• Preparing the monthly Payment Proposal;
• Managing and Driving the Collections Process (domestic and international);
• Ensuring compliance with customer collection procedures;
• Liaising with customers and internal/external stakeholders throughout the collections process;
• Issuing receipts to customers;
• Banking Management:
• Executing payments;
• Monitoring balances;
• Planning and managing financing;
• Supporting the execution of financing, leasing and treasury instruments;
• Managing bank accounts;
• Issuing bank guarantees;
• Supporting accounting processes, namely posting Treasury-related entries.

Perfil ideal

• Minimum of 4 years' experience as Treasury Manager for multiple companies - critical requirement;
• Team management experience - critical requirement;
• Higher education in Accounting, Finance, Management, or a similar field (preferred) - valued but not a disqualifying factor;
• Knowledge of SAGE and XRT - valued;
• Advanced English proficiency (spoken and written);
• Proficiency with IT tools.
