PROFILE

• Minimum 1 year accounting experience (intercompany preferred)
• Comfortable in English (B1+), written and spoken
• Strong planning and organisational skills
• Effective team player with clear communication
• Sense of collective responsibility and ownership

• Additional languages: Portuguese, Spanish, French
• Interest in automation and data tools
• Analytical mindset with problem-solving skills
• Proactive, authentic, and eager to learn
• Comfortable with ambiguity and building processes from scratch
