Italian Collections Agent – Hybrid | Miraflores, Algés Are you fluent in Italian and have experience in cash collection? Do you want to work in a multinational environment with career growth opportunities? Then this role is for you! 🔹 Your Responsibilities:
✔ Manage a portfolio of clients within an international setting 🌍 ✔ Ensure timely payments and follow up on overdue accounts ✔ Handle customer complaints and forward them to the relevant subsidiaries ✔ Retrieve missing accounting information via phone and email 📩 ✔ Diplomatically negotiate and reinforce company policies ✔ Maintain accurate records of interactions and complaints ✔ Identify and propose solutions for customer account issues ✔ Build strong relationships with internal teams (SSC & subsidiaries) and external contacts (clients) 🎯 We’re Looking For: 🔹 Fluent in French (C1) 🔹 English (B1) 🔹 Advanced Excel & SAP skills 🔹 3+ years of experience in cash collection or a similar role (experience in a shared service center is a plus) 🔹 Strong finance knowledge and attention to detail 💼 What We Offer: ✅ Hybrid work model 🏡🏢 ✅ Monday to Friday | 08H - 17H ⏰ ✅ 40h/week schedule ✅ Gross Salary 1.200 💰 ✅ Meal Allowance: €9.60/day 🍽 🚀 Ready for this opportunity?
