• Provide training and guidance on health, safety, and environmental standards.
• Investigate incidents and implement corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
• Collaborate with project teams to integrate HSE practices into daily operations.
• Liaise with regulatory bodies to ensure compliance and manage inspections.
• Drive a culture of continuous improvement in HSE performance.

Perfil ideal

• Proven experience in HSE management within the energy or construction sectors, preferably in renewables.
• Strong knowledge of HSE regulations and industry standards.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills to influence and guide teams.
• Certification in HSE or related fields (e.g., NEBOSH, IOSH) is highly desirable.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
