To give customers a consistent path to a great experience, you will:

• Maintain a positive, empathetic and professional attitude towards customers;
• Respond promptly to customer inquiries;
• Communicate with customers by calls, tickets, emails or messages;
• Know the product/service well;
• Process customer requests and complains;
• Track, document and retrieve information in call tracking database;
• Increase customer loyalty by delivering a seamless experience.

Requisitos, formação e línguas

- Have a proficient or bilingual level of Korean, and a good level of English;

• Have call center experience;
• Have effective communication skills and customer care skills – ability to listen and understand the customers needs;
• Have strong computer navigation skill;
• Have good disposition to work in a customer service environment.

- Fluent in spoken and written Korean ; - Fluent in spoken and written English.

- Minimum compulsory schooling.

Horário

Full-time schedule of 40 hours per week, from Monday to Friday, with fixed hours from 1:00 AM to 10:00 AM, including the legally required breaks.
