Our Client

What you'll do

• Assist business mobility users with operational questions about the use of products.
• Responsible for the quality and service level.
• Supportive calls around usage of vehicles, e.g., for maintenance, repair, bodywork and glazing appointments, fuel cards, documentation, etc.
• Identify common questions and gaps in processes and make improvement suggestions.
• Process incoming emails: From drivers of lease vehicles and answering supportive inquiries around usage of vehicles, e.g., for maintenance, repair, bodywork and glazing appointments, fuel cards, documentation, etc.
• Outbound Call Handling: Appointment organization calls.

What you'll need

• Fluent written and verbal communication skills in Flemish (C2);
• Good knowledge of English (minimum B2);
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills and team spirit;
• Agile in computer skills from the user’s perspective;
• Able to handle confidential and/or highly sensitive information;
• Experience in Customer Service (preferred).
