Customer Service - German Speaker

Gi Group is recruiting, on behalf of one of its clients in the telecommunications sector, a Customer Service Advisor – German Speaker.

Role:

• Provide customer support through different communication channels;
• Handle customer queries and follow up on requests;
• Manage and resolve situations efficiently and with a customer-oriented approach;
• Register and monitor interactions in the internal system.

Profile:

• Fluency in German (mandatory);
• Good level of English;
• Previous experience in customer service roles will be valued;
• Strong communication skills and customer-oriented mindset;
• Sense of responsibility and team spirit.

Conditions:

• Direct contract with the client;
• Under Directive (EU) 2023/970, the starting base salary for this position ranges from €920 to €1,000, plus meal allowance, language bonus, flex work allowance, and performance and attendance bonuses;
• Initial training and continuous support.
