Location : Lisbon (Hybrid or Fully Remote) ?

Schedule : Monday to Friday - rotating 8-hour shifts, earliest start at 07:00 and latest finish at 18:00. ?

Your Responsibilities: ? Handle inbound customer calls with professionalism, clarity and empathy; ? Provide complete support and build long-lasting customer loyalty; ? Manage each interaction autonomously, without the need to transfer calls; ? Advise customers on the services, options and solutions that best fit their needs.

Your Profile: ?️ Native or fluent French speaker; ?

Strong

English skills (training + tools are in English); ?? Previous experience in a contact center environment; ? Excellent communication and customer-oriented mindset; ? Solid problem-solving and autonomy in managing customer requests.
