Role:

• Customer support through different communication channels

• Management and follow-up of customer requests

• Resolution of incidents and administrative support

• Delivering a customer-oriented service

Profile:

• Fluent Dutch and good level of English

• Customer-focused mindset

• Good communication and organisational skills

• Availability for an immediate start

Conditions:

• Under Directive (EU) 2023/970, the starting base salary for this position ranges from €1,170 to €1,370, plus a meal allowance and a variable monthly bonus;
