We have immediate openings for Italian-speaking Customer Support Advisors to join our international hub in Lisbon, Portugal!

• Languages: Fluent Italian (C1/C2) + Good working English (B2).
• Hours: 40 hrs/week (rotational shifts).
• Experience: Customer support experience is a plus, but your communication skills, empathy, and positive attitude matter most! (Full paid training provided).

• Accommodation Included: Up to 14+ months in a fully furnished company apartment (all utilities included).
• Travel Covered: Initial flight reimbursement + an annual return flight home.
• Salary Packages:
  • With Company Housing: €1,040.68 gross/month (bills & rent taken care of!)
  • Without Housing: €1,240.17 gross/month (if you arrange your own place)
