Customer Support Assistant (M/F) - Lisbon Airport

Manpower is currently recruiting a Customer Support Assistant (M/F) for a prestigious client operating in the Tax Free Refunds sector. The successful candidate will be based at Lisbon Airport, joining a growing and dynamic team.

• Provide assistance to international travelers throughout the Tax Free refund process, ensuring a smooth and efficient customer experience.
• Explain Tax Free procedures clearly and professionally, responding to customer inquiries in a friendly and helpful manner.
• Anticipate customer needs and offer proactive, personalized solutions.
• Process Tax Free forms in accordance with applicable regulations and internal company guidelines.
• Handle cash transactions accurately, securely, and responsibly, ensuring transaction precision at all times.
• Resolve conflicts and challenging situations professionally, maintaining a strong focus on customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate with colleagues to promote a positive, efficient, and supportive working environment.

• Previous experience in customer service, preferably in an airport environment or within the duty-free industry.
• Excellent verbal communication skills in Portuguese and English; additional language skills will be highly valued.
• Ability to explain procedures clearly, professionally, and empathetically.
• Strong cash-handling skills with a high level of accuracy and responsibility.
• Proactive, organized, and detail-oriented approach to work.
• Ability to resolve customer issues effectively and professionally.
• Valid airport access clearance (mandatory).
• Availability to work shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
