• Prepare and maintain sales forecast reports for planning purposes;
• Review sales history, prepare reports, and adjust demand forecasts;
• Coordinate cross-functional activities to reconcile significant demand discrepancies;
• Provide input for inventory development;
• Work closely with the Procurement Department to ensure stock availability;
• Monitor industry trends and product demand;
• Develop and implement risk reduction and mitigation strategies;
• Present and explain demand forecasts and inventory results to management.

Perfil ideal

A successful Demand Planner should have:

• A degree in relevant fields such as Management, Economics, or Engineering;
• Strong verbal and written communication skills;
• Ability to work effectively with sales and marketing teams;
• Proficiency in demand planning and inventory management software;
• Fluency in English (mandatory).
