At Synopsys, you will support digital marketing initiatives targeting engineering and technology audiences, helping ensure campaigns are executed efficiently and consistently while enabling senior marketers to focus on strategy and optimization.

What You'll Be Doing

• Support the execution of integrated B2B digital marketing campaigns across channels including LinkedIn, Google Ads, programmatic display, content syndication, email marketing, and web experiences
• Coordinate campaign timelines, deliverables, and stakeholder communications to ensure projects remain on schedule and aligned with business goals
• Assist with campaign setup, asset management, audience uploads, tracking implementation, QA, and launch readiness activities
• Maintain target account lists, audience segments, and campaign tracking documentation in collaboration with sales, product marketing, and marketing operations teams
• Develop and distribute campaign performance reports, dashboards, and summaries that provide visibility into campaign effectiveness and engagement trends
• Support lead nurturing programs and marketing automation initiatives by helping manage email programs, audience segmentation, and workflow execution
• Partner with creative, product marketing, events, regional marketing, and operations teams to coordinate assets, approvals, and campaign deliverables
• Conduct research on audience trends, keywords, competitors, and industry topics to support campaign planning and optimization efforts
• Utilize AI-enabled tools to improve productivity, accelerate content preparation, automate routine tasks, and support campaign analysis

What You'll Need

• > 5 years of experience in digital marketing, marketing operations, campaign coordination, or demand generation support, preferably within technology or B2B organizations
• Experience supporting multi-channel marketing campaigns, including paid media, email marketing, webinars, content syndication, or account-based marketing initiatives
• Familiarity with marketing automation platforms such as Marketo, HubSpot, Eloqua, or similar systems
• Working knowledge of digital marketing metrics, reporting tools, and analytics platforms including Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics, Tableau, or equivalent solutions
• Experience managing project timelines, coordinating stakeholders, and maintaining campaign documentation
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines simultaneously
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
• Interest in leveraging AI tools and technologies to improve efficiency and support campaign execution
