About the Role

We are looking for a Digital Marketing Specialist fluent in German to join an international team focused on delivering high-value digital marketing solutions. You will implement optimisation strategies across advertising platforms, analyse data, and provide actionable insights to maximise campaign performance for key clients.

Compensation & Benefits

• Competitive Salary

Your Role

• Implement optimisation strategies for high-value customers
• Manage social media advertising campaigns, primarily via Google Ads
• Create keyword packs, bid strategies, and budget suggestions
• Develop expertise across Google products including Google Search Network (GSN), Mobile, and YouTube
• Analyse campaign data and trends to generate actionable insights
• Report on key performance indicators and overall campaign performance
• Collaborate with internal teams to enhance client results and satisfaction

Your Profile

• Fluent in German and proficient in English
• Minimum 12 months of experience in digital marketing optimisation (Google, Facebook, TikTok, or other platforms preferred)
• Strong Excel skills and analytical mindset
• Good understanding of digital marketing KPIs and campaign metrics
• Detail-oriented, organised, and results-driven
• Ability to work independently in a hybrid environment
• Comfortable using data to make informed marketing decisions
