As a Digital Workplace and AI Adoption Specialist you'll be responsible for:

1. AI Adoption & Enablement

• Act as the Group's AI adoption advocate and subject matter expert, with a strong focus on Microsoft Copilot.
• Drive awareness, engagement and adoption of AI-powered capabilities across all business functions.
• Support teams and individuals in integrating Microsoft Copilot into their daily workflows.

2. Digital Workplace Adoption

• Promote effective use of Microsoft 365 applications including Teams, Outlook, SharePoint, OneDrive, Word, Excel, PowerPoint and OneNote.
• Develop learning materials, knowledge articles, user guides and best-practice documentation.
• Support the rollout and adoption of new Microsoft 365 capabilities across the Group.

3. Business Engagement & Continuous Improvement

• Engage with business stakeholders to understand challenges, opportunities and productivity objectives.
• Translate business needs into practical Microsoft 365 and AI-enabled solutions.
• Identify opportunities for automation, process simplification and digital transformation.
• Act as a bridge between business users, ICT teams and third-party partners.
• Build strong relationships and maintain regular engagement with geographically distributed teams and stakeholders.

4. Governance & Responsible AI

• Promote responsible, secure and compliant use of AI technologies.
• Contribute to internal guidance, standards and best practices relating to Microsoft Copilot and AI usage.
• Support alignment with Group ICT policies and governance frameworks.
• Help ensure AI adoption initiatives remain aligned with security, privacy and regulatory expectations.

Perfil ideal

A successful Digital Workplace and AI Adoption Specialist should have:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in digital workplace adoption, technology enablement, training, change management, learning & development, digital transformation or similar roles.
• Demonstrated experience driving technology adoption, user engagement or organizational change initiatives.
• Strong expertise in Microsoft Copilot for Microsoft 365 and demonstrated experience helping users adopt AI-powered ways of working.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365 applications including Teams, SharePoint, Outlook, OneDrive, Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
• Excellent communication, facilitation and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Understanding of Microsoft 365 governance, administration and security principles is desirable.
• Experience working within financial services or regulated environments is an advantage.
• Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a remote and geographically distributed environment, supporting users and stakeholders across multiple locations and cultures.
• Experience delivering virtual training, webinars, remote coaching sessions or user adoption programmes through online collaboration platforms.
• Fluent English is required. Portuguese and French are considered an advantage.
