Responsibilities: - Make and receive phone calls to confirm and schedule the collection of logistics equipment rented to Small and Medium-sized Enterprises (SMEs). - Provide information and clarify customer queries. Schedule: 07:00 – 16:00, Monday to Friday On-site position

Requisitos

- Fluent in Dutch - Clear diction and strong verbal communication skills - Accuracy and perseverance - Customer-oriented mindset - Basic computer skills (user level)
