Dutch Speaking Customer Support

Do you want to build your customer service career in Lisbon? Our client is looking for a Dutch -speaking Customer Service Agent to join their international team in Portugal.

Support customers of a leading home appliances brand by handling warranty-related inquiries via phone and email. Enjoy a stable Monday to Friday schedule while working in a dynamic international environment.

What will you do?

• Handle incoming customer inquiries via phone and email
• Assist customers with appliance warranty renewals
• Answer questions related to warranty coverage
• Support customers with issues regarding home appliances
• Deliver professional and customer-focused service
• Ensure accurate handling of customer cases and follow-up when needed

Candidate profile

• Native or near-native level of Flemish (C2)
• Good oral and written communication skills
• Basic computer knowledge from a user's perspective
• Experience in face-to-face or contact centre customer service is an advantage
• Customer-oriented, adaptable, and dynamic personality
• Ability to multitask, manage time effectively, and work independently

• Monday to Saturday working schedule (9-18)

• Base salary: €1,400 gross/month • Language bonus: €150 gross/month

• Performance bonus: Up to €100 gross/month

Benefits • Working hours: 09:00–18:00

• From January 2027: 08:00–23:00

• Working days: Monday to Saturday, according to the scheduled shifts
