We are looking for an Endpoint Specialist to help deliver a secure and user-friendly digital workplace experience across our organization. In this role, you will manage and improve our endpoint ecosystem built around Microsoft Intune, Entra ID, and Defender for Endpoint.

You will work closely with colleagues across IT operations, security, infrastructure, and support teams to ensure that our Windows, macOS, Android, and iOS environments remain secure, reliable, and easy to use. We are looking for someone who values collaboration, communication, and continuous improvement as much as technical expertise.

Key Responsibilities

Endpoint Management & Configuration

• Manage and maintain corporate-managed Windows and macOS devices using Microsoft Intune

• Support and govern BYOD/personal mobile devices (Android and iOS) using mobile application management (MAM) and conditional access strategies

• Design, implement, and optimize device compliance, configuration profiles, update rings, security baselines, and application deployment policies

• Manage lifecycle processes, including provisioning, onboarding, offboarding, and device

Security & Integration

• Work closely with security teams to strengthen endpoint security posture while preserving a positive user experience

• Integrate endpoint policies with Microsoft Entra access and governance strategies

• Administer and monitor endpoint protection through Microsoft Defender for Endpoint

• Assist with vulnerability remediation, device risk management, and security hardening initiatives

• Support compliance initiatives and contribute to security documentation and standards

User Experience & Support

• Continuously improve the employee device experience across platforms

• Collaborate with Service Desk and IT support teams to resolve escalations and recurring endpoint issues

• Advocate for solutions that balance usability, productivity, and security

• Create clear technical documentation, end-user guidance, and operational procedures

Automation & Continuous Improvement

• Automate endpoint management tasks using scripting and modern management tools

• Participate in projects involving modern workplace technologies, cloud management, and zero-trust initiatives

• Analyse trends, recommend improvements, and help evolve endpoint management standards and practices

Required Qualifications

• Experience managing endpoints with Microsoft Intune

• Good understanding of Microsoft Entra ID, including conditional access and device concepts

• Experience with Windows and macOS endpoint administration

• Familiarity with Android and iOS mobile device/application management

• Experience working with endpoint security technologies such as Microsoft Defender for Endpoint

• Understanding of modern device management concepts, including: Zero Trust, Compliance policies, Device posture and risk management, BYOD and MAM strategies, and Endpoint hardening

• Scripting or automation experience

• Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills

• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with: Autopilot, Apple Business Manager, Android Enterprise, Microsoft Defender 365, and Endpoint analytics and reporting

• Familiarity with security frameworks and compliance standards

• Experience in hybrid or cloud-first environments

• Relevant certifications are a plus, such as: Microsoft Endpoint Administrator, Microsoft Security Administrator, and Apple device management certifications
