EU Auctions Promotion Agent - German Speaker (M/F/X)

We are looking for a dynamic and proactive EU Auctions Promotion Agent to drive growth in the German market in the automotive sector. In this role, you will be the voice of our client´s auctions, actively engaging with dealers primarily through outbound phone calls. Your main goal will be to boost auction awareness, increase dealer participation, and provide essential support to help clients navigate upcoming events.

• Make outbound phone calls to dealers and buyers in the German market
  
• Promote upcoming EU auctions, key vehicles, and auction formats
  
• Explain auction processes, dates, and participation steps
  
• Encourage registration, bidding, and repeat participation
  
• Answer basic questions related to auctions and buyer access
  
• Maintain accurate call notes and outcomes in CRM or tracking tools
  
• Follow call lists, scripts, and priorities provided by the team
  
• Coordinate with sales or market teams when follow-up is required

  • high school diploma (mandatory);
    
  • fluent level of German (C2 level minimum);
    
  • advanced English (B2 level minimum);
    
  • comfortable and confident making frequent outbound calls
    
  • strong verbal communication skills
    
  • persuasive but friendly and professional phone manner
    
  • basic commercial understanding or interest in sales activities
    
  • ability to follow scripts while adapting to the conversation
    
  • organized, reliable, and result-oriented
    
  • previous experience in call center, telesales, or customer outreach is an advantage but not mandatory;
    
    

    principais benefícios

    
    
    • Base Salary: 1,600€/gross per month
      
    • Schedule: Monday to Friday – 8am to 5pm (including bank holidays)
      
    • Days off: Saturday and Sunday
      
    • Meal allowance: 7€ per day worked (no meal allowance card)
      
    • Contract Type: 3-month renewable
      
    • Hybrid model of work: first month on site (after that: one week 3 days at the office, second week: 2 days at the office)
