Facilities Management Intern

Grupo Brisa is looking for a Facilities Management Intern for our Facilities Management Team!

We are looking for a motivated and proactive Intern to support the management and maintenance of our infrastructures and facilities.

This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in infrastructure management, supporting maintenance, optimization and continuous improvement initiatives while collaborating with multidisciplinary teams and service providers.

Role and Responsibilities

• Support the management and monitoring of maintenance contracts and Facilities Management services.
• Assist in the planning, coordination and monitoring of interventions in buildings and technical facilities.
• Support the collection, analysis and update of technical information, operational reports and performance indicators.
• Participate in continuous improvement, operational efficiency and sustainability initiatives and projects.
• Contribute to the identification, monitoring and resolution of preventive and corrective maintenance needs.
• Support coordination with internal teams and service providers, ensuring agreed service levels are achieved.
• Assist in activities related to asset management, infrastructure conservation and value enhancement.

Experience, Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or currently attending a Master's Degree in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering or a related field.
• Strong interest in Facilities Management, building maintenance and infrastructure management.
• Good organizational, planning and prioritization skills.
• Analytical mindset and problem-solving orientation.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office tools.
• Dynamic, proactive and eager-to-learn attitude.
• Strong teamwork and interpersonal skills.
• Sense of responsibility, autonomy and initiative.
• Good communication skills and ability to collaborate with different stakeholders.
• Interest in developing knowledge in facilities management, maintenance and infrastructure-related topics.
• Knowledge of building maintenance, technical installations, sustainability and energy efficiency is valued.
• Previous academic, extracurricular or internship experience related to the area will be considered an advantage.
