PwC Services Portugal (PSP) operates as an extension of PwC Luxembourg, supporting its clients from our growing team in Matosinhos. For this opportunity, your CV must be submitted in English. Your mission As a Facility Security Support, you will ensure the smooth daily operation of our buildings, supporting safety, maintenance and security activities while coordinating suppliers and internal stakeholders. Your main responsibilities Perform daily building walkthroughs and report incidents. Manage access cards and support security systems (CCTV, access control, alarms). Support SCIE activities and emergency procedures. Coordinate facility services (cleaning, maintenance, handyman). Assist with small maintenance tasks, relocations and event support. Maintain documentation, incident logs and operational procedures. Let’s talk about you. If you… Hold a relevant technical qualification (safety, maintenance, electrical, etc.) — higher education is not required. Have basic knowledge of SCIE and emergency procedures. Possess general building maintenance and emergency systems knowledge (AutoCAD is a plus). Bring experience with fire detection, CCTV and access control systems. Are organized, proactive and able to work independentlyhands-on. Are proficient in Microsoft Office and fluent in English.
