🏦 Securities Reconciliation Officer (M/F) | Porto A leading international financial institution is looking for a Securities Reconciliation Officer to join its specialized Operations team. This is an excellent opportunity for professionals with experience in securities and cash reconciliations who are looking to grow their careers within a dynamic and international environment. 📌 Key Responsibilities Perform securities and cash reconciliations between internal and external records; Investigate and resolve operational discrepancies and breaks; Monitor and control custodian invoices related to financial assets; Manage claims and ensure the timely resolution of outstanding reconciliation items; Oversee securities positions and transactions, ensuring data accuracy and integrity; Contribute to process improvement initiatives and operational efficiency projects; Provide technical support and guidance to junior team members. 🎯 Profile Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Finance, Economics, Management, or a related field; 3 to 5 years of experience in Financial Markets, Securities Operations, Asset Servicing, or Reconciliations; Strong knowledge of financial products and securities/cash reconciliation processes; Experience with Corporate Actions and operational controls is a plus; Advanced Excel skills and good command of Microsoft Office tools; Fluent English (minimum B2 level); French is considered an advantage. 🤝 Soft Skills Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities; Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills; Strong communication and teamwork skills; Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment. 📌 Offer Join a leading international financial institution; Multicultural and collaborative working environment; Exposure to global projects and stakeholders; Hybrid working model; Initial 6-month contract with the possibility of extension. 🚀 If you have experience in Securities Reconciliation, Asset Servicing, or Financial Markets Operations and are looking for your next challenge, we'd love to hear from you!
