French Customer Service - Energy Sector

Our client is a renowned multinational consultancy, and in the context of the expansion of its business in Portugal, is looking for French speakers to work as BackOffice & Customer Service in the Energy Sector

responsabilidades chave

In a back-office context:
Analysis, correction and verification of invoices and documents.
In a customer service context:
Telephone contact for clarification and resolution

competências

12th grade (minimum);

French C1/C2 (eliminatory)
Back office experience (preferred);
Knowledge of MS Office and Internet;
Immediate availability to start work.

principais benefícios

Employment contract with Randstad;
- Gross Remuneration 1100€; S.A =7,63€; Bonus of 100€ per month and paid quarterly ( 300€ );
- Working hours 8h-17h
- Weekends off;
