Descrição

• Reviewing and processing Full Service workshop repair cases across different product categories, including trailers, tyres and cooling units;
• Managing Full Service fleet contracts, ensuring compliance with agreed contractual terms;
• Processing and validating cost re-invoicing in accordance with contract conditions;
• Coordinating communication and information exchange between customers, suppliers and internal stakeholders;
• Maintaining accurate records and updating relevant information within internal systems;
• Supporting customers, suppliers and colleagues with operational and contractual queries related to Full Service activities;
• Assisting with contract activations, renewals and extensions when required;
• Preparing and monitoring reports on completed cases and service activities.

Perfil ideal

• Vocational training, preferably in Mechanics or a related technical field;
• Good knowledge of MS Office applications;
• Fluency in English is mandatory;
• German language skills will be considered a strong advantage;
• Previous exposure to the trailer, trucking, automotive, or spare parts industry is a plus;
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills;
• Structured and detail-oriented approach to work;
• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within a team;
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills;
• Customer-focused mindset with a service-oriented attitude;
• Reliable, proactive, and results-driven profile.
