Google Workspace Deployment Engineer - Hybrid - Lisbon

We are currently looking for a Google Workspace Deployment Engineer to join an international project, and you might be THE ONE.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR A technical professional with solid hands‑on experience in Google Workspace Deployment, Google Admin Console, Workspace Migration and Technical Architecture, capable of delivering high‑quality implementations in enterprise environments.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Deploy and configure Google Workspace (Gmail, Calendar, Drive, Editors, Sites, Mobile, Chat, Meet).
• Conduct technical workshops and configuration sessions for core Workspace products.
• Demonstrate and advise on Google Admin Console roles, policies and best practices.
• Provide security recommendations and configure administrative settings.
• Perform data migrations from OneDrive, Exchange and Box using Google Workspace Migrate.
• Design and implement Workspace technical architecture:

• Primary and secondary domain structure
• Identity management (SSO, SCIM)
• User provisioning strategy and automation
• Mail routing and security
• Networking and collaboration architecture

• Manage ChromeOS and mobile endpoints.
• Support automation initiatives using AppSheet, AppScript or Gemini for Workspace.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Proven experience in a customer‑facing technical consulting role.
• Hands‑on experience with Google Workspace Administration.
• Experience in Workspace deployment and configuration.
• Experience in data migration (Exchange, OneDrive, Box → Workspace).
• Experience designing Workspace technical architecture.
• Knowledge of identity management (SSO, SCIM).
• Experience with ChromeOS and endpoint management.
• Minimum 5 years of professional experience.
• English level C1.
• Mandatory residency in Portugal.

PLUS

• Experience working with Google Cloud Partners.
• Certifications in Google Workspace or Cloud.
• Experience with Gemini for Workspace, AppSheet or AppScript.
• Strong communication, facilitation and problem‑solving skills.
