Role Overview We are looking for a Head of Network Security to join one of our international projects and lead the evolution of secure connectivity services within a global and highly complex enterprise environment. In this role, you will be responsible for driving the transformation of traditional Network Security operations towards a platform-based, highly automated, AI-enabled service model. Working closely with Cybersecurity, Infrastructure, Cloud, Architecture, and OT teams, you will define and deliver the next generation of Secure Access & Segmentation capabilities, ensuring alignment between security, business objectives, and user experience.

What you will do - Lead and evolve a global portfolio of Secure Access & Segmentation services across enterprise IT and OT environments;

• Define and execute the roadmap for Network Security transformation, leveraging platform-based architectures, software-defined networking, and cloud-integrated solutions;
• Drive the adoption of Zero Trust, SASE, ZTNA, and advanced segmentation strategies to enhance security posture and resilience;
• Promote automation, AI-driven operations, observability, and operational intelligence to optimize service delivery and customer outcomes;
• Lead and develop a high-performing global team, fostering a culture of engineering excellence, innovation, continuous improvement, and product-oriented thinking;
• Collaborate with Cybersecurity, Infrastructure, Cloud, Architecture, and Operational Technology stakeholders to deliver end-to-end security solutions;
• Simplify, standardize, and modernize the Network Security ecosystem while managing and reducing technical debt;
• Implement Platform Engineering practices, self-service capabilities, and scalable operating models that support future business needs. What you are like - Experienced in leading global Network Security, Connectivity, Infrastructure, or Cybersecurity service portfolios;
• Proficient in modern Network Security architectures, including Secure Access, Segmentation, and Cloud Security models;
• Strong knowledge of Zero Trust, SASE, ZTNA, network segmentation, and secure connectivity frameworks;
• Skilled in leading large-scale transformation, modernization, and platform engineering initiatives;
• Experienced in implementing automation, observability, AI-assisted operations, and service optimization capabilities at scale;
• Able to align technology strategies with business objectives and deliver measurable value to stakeholders;
• Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills, with the ability to engage senior leaders across multiple functions;
• Fluent in English.
