Health & Safety Specialist - Campo Pequeno

🚀 We are looking for a Health & Safety Specialist to support our operations across Western and Eastern Europe. If you hold a qualification in Occupational Health & Safety, enjoy working with international teams, and have a strong focus on organisation, compliance, and operational excellence, this opportunity could be for you. What you will do: - Coordinate mandatory Occupational Health & Safety training programs. - Support compliance with Occupational Health & Safety legal requirements across multiple countries. - Monitor incidents, corrective actions, and related documentation. - Support audits and inspections. - Prepare reports and track compliance metrics. - Collaborate with internal teams, suppliers, and external partners. What we are looking for: - Valid certification recognised by the relevant Occupational Health & Safety authority (TSST or TST equivalent). - 1 to 3 years of experience in Occupational Health & Safety, compliance, or similar roles. - Fluent English (mandatory requirement). - Excellent organisational skills and strong attention to detail. - Ability to work effectively with multiple stakeholders across different countries. Nice to have: - Experience coordinating training programs. - Knowledge of Occupational Health & Safety legislation in Portugal and/or Europe. - Experience supporting audits, compliance activities, and document management. - Familiarity with Asana and Artificial Intelligence tools. - Additional language skills will be considered an advantage.
