We are looking for a HEALTH SALES ASSOCIATE for our Wells team in LOURINHÃ and we believe we will be #betterwithyou.

• High school diploma (12th grade): This is the minimum educational requirement we value, ensuring that you have the necessary foundation to develop your skills.
• Customer service focus: It is important that you can opportunities and offer the best solutions to our customers. If you find it easy to interact with the public and are goal-oriented, this trait is essential.
• Effective communication skills: You will be the direct point of contact with our customers, so the ability to communicate clearly, empathetically, and effectively is essential. It is important that you can listen to customers’ needs and explain the best options in a simple and understandable way.
• Organization and attention to detail: In a work environment where product management and customer service are fundamental, organization is a key skill. You will be responsible for managing your time and tasks efficiently to ensure that customers always have a positive shopping experience.
• Willingness to work in a team: Collaboration with your team is essential for the smooth operation of any store. If you have a positive attitude and enjoy working together, you will appreciate our work environment.
• Availability for varied schedules: Working in retail requires flexibility. We value availability to work different hours, including weekends, to ensure we are always ready to serve our customers.
• Willingness to travel geographically: In some cases, support for other stores in the region or special events may be important, so the willingness to travel is a significant advantage.
• Driver's license: Although not an essential requirement, having a driver's license can facilitate your travel.
