Sobre o nosso cliente

Our client is a leading multinational pharmaceutical company currently seeking a Hospital Sales Representative for its Specialty Business Unit. Reporting to the District Sales Manager, this professional will be responsible for managing the Southern territory, developing strong partnerships with hospital specialists and multidisciplinary teams across key therapeutic areas, including Immunology, Oncology, Haematology-Oncology and Neuroscience. The role will focus on driving business performance, supporting patient access initiatives, and delivering scientific and value-based engagement with healthcare stakeholders.

Descrição

  • Plan and manage your hospital accounts, understanding the patient pathway and who makes decisions at each one;
  • Hold insight-driven, compliant scientific conversations with specialists, in person and through digital channels, using the company's sales model.
  • Support hospital access processes with Market Access;
  • Use Veeva CRM and market data to prioritise accounts and track activity;
  • Work as one team with Medical Affairs, Brand, Market Access and SBU colleagues who share your hospitals.


Perfil ideal

  • Minimum 2-3 years of field-based sales experience within the pharmaceutical industry, engaging with healthcare professionals;
  • Previous experience within the hospital setting and/or specialty therapeutic areas will be considered a strong asset;
  • Proven track record of performance, including consistent achievement of sales targets, market share growth, successful product launches, or market access accomplishments;
  • Strong learning agility, intellectual curiosity, and the ability to quickly understand and communicate complex scientific information;
  • Based in the Southern region of Portugal or willing to relocate within the assigned territory;
  • Valid Category B driving licence;
  • Fluency in Portuguese and a good command of English, both written and spoken;
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trusted relationships with a wide range of healthcare stakeholders.
