Housekeeping Assistant Manager

The Housekeeping Assistant Manager plays a key leadership role within the Housekeeping function, supporting the Executive Housekeeper in the strategic and operational management of Housekeeping across a multi-property luxury resort environment.

The position combines operational leadership, financial management, workforce planning, quality assurance and process optimization, ensuring consistency of standards and efficiency across different properties, room types and accommodation concepts.
