What you'll do

• Welcome newly arrived colleagues at the airport or designated meeting points;
• Accompany employees to their accommodation and help them settle into their new environment;
• Create a positive first impression of TP and life in Portugal;
• Support apartment check-ins and check-outs;
• Inspect accommodations to ensure quality and readiness for future residents;
• Identify maintenance issues and coordinate follow-up when necessary;
• Assist employees during arrival and departure processes;
• Act as a trusted point of contact, providing guidance and practical support;
• Help maintain a welcoming, organized, and comfortable living experience for our residents.
• Take decisive action when community wellbeing is at risk, including escalating serious cases and applying disciplinary measures when necessary.

What you'll need

• Valid driver’s license (essential for this role);
• Portuguese Native;
• B2 English (minimum);
• Young, dynamic, and responsible profile with a passion for working with people;
• Flexibility to work weekends, when required;
• Availability to work shifts between 9am and 10pm.
