HR Onboarding Specialist (Residents Behavior) in Lisbon

As our HR Specialist, you’ll be responsible for managing resident wellbeing, resolving interpersonal conflicts, and ensuring our housing communities remain respectful, collaborative, and safe.

What you'll do

• Act as the main point of contact for resident-related concerns and behavioral situations;
• Mediate conflicts between residents and help rebuild constructive communication;
• Investigate complaints and assess appropriate solutions;
• Support residents through challenging interpersonal situations;
• Promote a positive and respectful community culture across accommodations;
• Ensure housing policies and community standards are followed;
• Document cases, resolutions, and recommendations;
• Partner with internal stakeholders to drive fair and effective outcomes;
• Manage sensitive situations requiring discretion and professionalism;
• Take decisive action when community wellbeing is at risk, including escalating serious cases and applying disciplinary measures when necessary.

What you'll need

• Valid driver’s license (essential for this role);
• Portuguese Native;
• B2 English (minimum);
• Young, dynamic, and responsible profile with a passion for working with people;
• Flexibility to work weekends, when required;
• Availability to work shifts between 9am and 10pm.
