HR Reporting and Analytics Manager

Adecco Permanent Recruitment is currently recruiting an HR Reporting & Analytics Lead to join a leading international organization, playing a key role in driving data-driven decision-making and shaping the HR analytics strategy.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the collection, organization, validation, and governance of HR data across multiple systems, ensuring data accuracy, integrity, and consistency;
• Develop and maintain HR dashboards, reports, and analytics solutions that provide actionable insights to support business and HR decision-making;
• Partner with HR leadership and HRIS teams to align reporting and analytics strategies with organizational objectives and workforce planning initiatives;
• Collaborate closely with HR, IT, and Digital teams to enhance data integration, improve reporting capabilities, and increase data accessibility across the organization;
• Act as the main point of contact for HR analytics initiatives, promoting a data-driven culture and supporting strategic decision-making;
• Identify opportunities to improve reporting processes and leverage new technologies, tools, and best practices to enhance analytics capabilities;
• Drive the adoption of advanced analytics and predictive reporting techniques to anticipate workforce trends and business needs;
• Ensure compliance with internal governance standards, data privacy regulations, and all applicable legal requirements;
• Lead, mentor, and develop the HR Reporting & Analytics team, fostering collaboration, innovation, and continuous professional growth;
• Manage team priorities and resources, ensuring alignment with business objectives and successful delivery of reporting and analytics projects.

Desired Profile:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Data Analytics, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field;
• Proven experience in HR Reporting, Data Analytics, and Data Management within a corporate environment;
• Strong knowledge of HR systems, particularly SAP SuccessFactors or similar HRIS platforms;
• Hands-on experience with data visualization and analytics tools such as Power BI and/or Tableau;
• Solid understanding of data governance principles, reporting frameworks, and data management best practices;
• Demonstrated ability to analyze complex datasets, generate meaningful insights, and communicate findings to diverse stakeholder groups;
• Strong leadership and people management skills, with experience leading teams and driving high-performance results;
• Excellent project management, stakeholder management, and organizational skills;
• English level: advanced (required).
