Indirect Procurement EMEA (M/F) - Porto

Adecco Permanent Recruitment is hiring aIndirect Procurement EMEA for a GBS client based in Porto.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and execute complex strategic procurement projects across the EMEA region;
• Manage the full tendering process, including supplier selection, bid comparisons, and contract negotiations;
• Develop and implement sourcing strategies within assigned procurement categories;
• Build and maintain strong relationships with national and international suppliers;
• Identify and drive cost optimization opportunities while ensuring quality and service standards;
• Support procurement-related transformation initiatives, including e-procurement implementation projects;
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders across different legal entities and countries;
• Contribute to the development of innovative and sustainable procurement solutions.

Requirements:

• Degree in Business, Procurement, Supply Chain Management, or a related field;
• At least 3 years of professional experience in strategic procurement or sourcing;
• Strong project management skills combined with a hands-on approach;
• Experience in supplier negotiations and contract management;
• Proficiency in SAP and Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and PowerPoint;
• Fluent English skills and proficiency in an additional European language (French, Spanish, or Italian preferred);
• Strong analytical mindset with a results-driven approach;
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills;
• Flexibility and willingness to travel within the EMEA region.
