Investment Analyst | Private Equity & Venture Capital

This Investment Analyst role offers exposure to the full investment lifecycle, including financial analysis, valuation, due diligence, transaction execution, and portfolio monitoring across private market investments. The successful candidate will evaluate investment opportunities across multiple industries while working closely with senior professionals on Private Equity, Venture Capital, and alternative investment transactions.

• Evaluate and analyze investment opportunities across multiple industries.
• Build and maintain advanced financial models and valuation analyses.
• Conduct market research, industry assessments, and competitive benchmarking.
• Support financial, commercial, legal, and operational due diligence processes.
• Prepare investment memorandums and presentations for investment committees.
• Assist in the structuring and execution of investment transactions.
• Monitor portfolio performance and support value creation initiatives.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders throughout the investment process.
• Contribute to strategic projects, portfolio reviews, and divestment analyses.

Profile

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Economics, Management, Engineering, or a related field.
• 1 to 4 years of experience in Private Equity, Venture Capital, Investment Banking, Transaction Services, Corporate Finance, Strategy Consulting, or Asset Management.
• Strong financial modelling and company valuation skills.
• Highly analytical mindset with strong attention to detail.
• Advanced Excel and PowerPoint proficiency.
• Fluency in English; additional languages are considered an asset.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
