We're looking for an experienced Business Analyst with strong analytical skills and the ability to bridge business objectives with technology solutions.

Your Profile:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering or related fields
• Proven experience as a Business Analyst or in similar roles
• Experience gathering, analysing and documenting business requirements
• Ability to translate business needs into functional requirements and user stories
• Strong knowledge of business process analysis and process modelling (BPMN or similar)
• Experience facilitating workshops and collaborating with business stakeholders
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and Waterfall environments
• Experience with Jira, Confluence or similar collaboration tools
• Strong analytical, communication and stakeholder management skills
• Experience supporting User Acceptance Testing (UAT) is valued
• Knowledge of SQL, reporting or Business Intelligence tools is a plus
• Fluency in English
