IT Business Tester – Dynamics 365 & Azure DevOps

Location: Lisbon, Portugal

Work arrangement: Hybrid — 2 days per week in the office

Requirements:

• Experience in functional and end-to-end testing of cloud-based software applications.
• Ability to analyse business processes, requirements, use cases and user stories for clarity, completeness and testability.
• Experience designing, executing and maintaining test cases based on functional requirements.
• Experience organising and facilitating User Acceptance Testing (UAT) sessions with business users.
• Experience reporting, tracking and supporting the resolution of defects.
• Knowledge of Microsoft technologies, particularly Dynamics 365 and Azure DevOps.
• Experience with test management and Test First approaches, including BDD and TDD.
• Experience planning and integrating automated tests into CI/CD pipelines, ensuring coverage of business-critical functionalities.
• Experience working in Agile environments, such as Scrum or SAFe.
• Excellent written and spoken English.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills in international and multicultural environments.
• A proactive, collaborative mindset, with strong problem-solving skills and a willingness to develop technical and business knowledge.
• Availability to work in Lisbon in a hybrid model, with two days per week in the office.
