IT Intern

Role and Responsibilities
• Provide Level 2 functional support, including analysis of incidents and requests, troubleshooting, issue investigation, and coordination with specialized support teams and external partners;
• Contribute to the maintenance and governance of the relevant portfolio, including ownership, dependencies, contracts, licensing, lifecycle management, and related governance practices;
• Support daily operational monitoring, identifying anomalies, coordinating follow-up activities, and ensuring issues are tracked through to resolution;
• Participate in project and release activities, including requirements gathering, testing, preparation of implementation activities, validation, and go-live support;
• Contribute to functional and technical documentation, including guidelines, process documentation, operational procedures, user materials, and knowledge base content;
• Support service and vendor governance activities, including service consumption monitoring, service catalogue management, SLA and KPI tracking, reporting, and management dashboards;
• Develop and execute automation scripts (Ansible, PowerShell, Bash);
• Support infrastructure security and governance practices.

Experience, Skills and Qualifications
• Background in Information Systems, Computer Engineering, Industrial Engineering & Management, Management or a related field;
• Foundational knowledge of enterprise application concepts - ERP, business processes, integrations, application lifecycle - and genuine interest in the functional side of IT, translating business needs into solutions;
• Comfort working with data and structured analysis;
• Analytical thinking, attention to detail, and a structured and organized approach to problem-solving;
• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with internal client areas and external partners;
• Good written and verbal communication in Portuguese and English, and motivation to continuously learn in a multi-vendor, multi-platform environment;
• Exposure to SAP, low-code platforms, or process modelling (BPMN) is valued but not required.
